Over the years, Anne Bruce has evolved from the best-selling author of several books in the field of human behavior and performance, customer service, leadership, and motivation, to an inspirational force and specialist in human development and personal growth. In her latest book, Discover True North, Anne passionately demonstrates, with nuts and bolts transformation, the tools and techniques and the steps necessary to build on our signature strengths and to rely on the magnificent inner guidance system that is within us all. Other books by Anne include, “Motivating Employees” (McGraw-Hill), “Building a High Morale Workplace,” (McGraw-Hill), “Leaders—Start to Finish: A Road Map for Developing and Training Leaders At All Levels” (ASTD Publishing), and “Motivating Every Employee: 24 Proven Tactics to Spark Creativity in the Workplace” (McGraw-Hill). With an extensive background in journalism, Anne currently is working on her 6th book on the topic of human behavior and leadership and is earning her Master’s Degree in Human Performance and Development in an international program for distance learning. Anne has appeared on the CBS Evening News with Dan Rather, the Charlie Rose Show, Good Morning America, and has been interviewed in USA Today, the London Times, The Wall Street Journal, and the Boston Globe. Anne also hosts her own radio talk show called, Anne Bruce Life Coach, and travels the globe motivating and igniting the passion and human potential in others. She has instructed courses at both Harvard and Stanford Law Schools on the topic of law practice management.
