P.A.C.E Pro-Active Code Enforcement - Are you feeling like all you do is give warnings? Grant extensions? Are your cases running your life? Does resolution and compliance seem unattainable? If so you may just need to pick up the P.A.C.E.! This class will focus on case management and enforcement options that will help motivate your violators to come into compliance. Peterson Certification Test Preparation Class - - This class will be helpful to anyone who is planning to take the ICC Property Maintenance and Housing Inspector or Certified Zoning Inspector exam after the conference or at anytime in the near future. The class will cover AACE certification history, the logistics of the certification process, and how to prepare for the exam. We will discuss the proper use of code books in an open book exam so it will be helpful to bring the appropriate code books with you to the class.
