Doug Leeper Doug Leeper has 18+ years experience in public safety as a firefighter, police officer and code enforcement officer. Recently he accepted the position of Code Compliance Manager for the City of Riverside, CA after 9 years as the Field Operations Manager for the City of San Bernardino, CA. He has supervised over 1,000 warranted abatements and 250 warranted demolitions. He is the 1st Vice President of the Statewide California Association of Code Enforcement Professionals and has been a panelist/speaker at state, regional and national conferences of the National Mortgage Bankers Association, California Mortgage Bankers Association, United States Foreclosure Network, Real Estate Owned Managers Association, National Service Providers Association and the California Escrow Officers Association. He and his wife, Joann, have three beautiful daughters and volunteer as Marriage Mentors through their church. He enjoys all types of outdoor activities . . . anything he can do with his family, and just recently took up surfing! He has a passion for code enforcement and how it can be used to improve and strengthen neighborhoods. |
