| Effective Use Of The IRC- How to Read and Use the Code This seminar provides a broad overview of the provisions of Chapters 1-10 of the International Residential Code (IRC), those portions of the code that deal with “building” issues. The program does not address the mechanical, plumbing and electrical portions of the IRC. Administrative rules, building planning, foundations, wood-framed construction and roofing provisions are discussed. The seminar is applicable to all aspects of the regulatory/design/construction community, including contractors, design professionals, building officials, plans examiners and inspectors.
