EduCode: The Accelerated Learning Conference for Building and Fire Officials, Inspectors, Plans Examiners, Contractors and Industry.

EXPO 2012: Prepare to meet over 1,000 attendees. The EduCode Expo offers a unique opportunity to showcase your products and services as well as providing an opportunity to interface with code officials, industry leaders, and trade associations.

EduCode is a building code education conference produced by the Southern Nevada Chapter of the International Code Council. Last year, the EduCode Expo attracted exhibitors from concrete, wood, fire-resistive construction, permit software, electronic peripherals, energy conservation products, fire sprinkler, contracted services providers, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical industries.

The 2012 Expo will give you the opportunity to exhibit on one or more days of your choice. We encourage you to consider joining us for multiple days to ensure your audience will include all the registered attendees. The Expo layout is attached, so when signing up, please indicate your preferred exhibit space. Daily exhibit space is limited on a first-come, first-serve basis.

As a benefit for this year, the exhibit room will be serving morning/afternoon refreshments, daily registration, the Cyber Café, and the ICC and IAPMO Bookstores. Every exhibit space will have excellent traffic flow. Also, EduCode will host a daily cash raffle at 12:35 pm. All participants will be required to have their raffle ticket stamped by exhibitors prior to entering the daily drawing, and they must be present to win. Exhibitors may offer raffle prizes and will receive recognition. In addition, all exhibitors will be provided with a list of EduCode Conference attendees and will be listed on the Southern Nevada’s Chapter website with a link to their company’s website.

All exhibitors are requested to have their lodging provided by The Orleans Hotel & Casino / 4500 West Tropicana Avenue / Las Vegas, NV 89103 / 1-800-675-3267. Each Exhibit Space includes the following:

• One (1) 8’ front draped table
• Two (2) chairs
• Carpeting
• One (1) 24” high booth identification sign with your company name and booth number
• Two (2) exhibitor name tags
