Guests booking must identify themselves as attendees of EduCode.
Without this, they will not be quoted these room rates and may
be told
that the rooms are sold out.
At the time the reservation is made, the guest will be asked to provide
a major credit card or send a deposit for their first night's room and
tax. If a credit card is used, it will automatically be charged for the
first night's room and tax.
Reservations must be made by Thursday, January 29,
2009.
Any reservations
received
after this date will be accepted on a "space available" basis.
Cancellations on individual room reservations will be accepted up to 48
hours prior to the check in time of 4 pm on the scheduled date of
arrival with no penalty fee. However, any individual who cancels their
reservation after this cut-off will be responsible for one night's room
and room tax.
