| JIM ARNOLD Mr. Arnold has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Arizona and thirty-two years of heavy civil and mechanical construction field engineering experience, much of it on mega projects. He inspects amusement rides, concrete plants, high-rise smoke control systems and reviews grading plans for the Building Division of the Clark County Department of Development Services. He developed and teaches classes on Large Building Fires, Vehicle Tunnel Fires, Amusement Facility Fires, the 9/11 building attacks, Large Nightclub Fires, the MGM and Hilton fires in Las Vegas, Structural Inspection, Roller Coaster Inspection, High Strength Bolting, Wire Rope Inspection and Structural Building Failures. He is a NAARSO Level II certified amusement ride inspector.
