4. Payment can be by check, purchase order or Visa, MasterCard or Discover when with registration form.

5. Special Fees. Please note some classes cost more as noted in course narrative. In addition some classes require you to bring your own code or text books.

6. The EduCode registration fee includes instruction, some handout materials, lunch and break refreshments unless noted in course narrative.

The following book is provided for the Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday Class.

"NFPA 13 Installation of Sprinkler Systems"
2002 Edition

Note: Attendance is required at all three days of NFPA 13 for CEU credit and certificate of attendance.

$450. Price includes three days of the three day presentation.

$325. Price includes two of the three day presentations.

$200. Price includes one day (of three possible days) presentation with the following texts and materials:
NFPA 13-02, Installation of Sprinkler Systems.

NFPA 20 Friday Morning Class

The following book is included. "Installation of Stationary Pumps for Fire Protection"

NFPA 25 Friday Afternoon Class

The following book is included. "Inspection, Testing and Maintenance of Water-Based Fire Protection Systems"

7. Mail or Fax Registrations: You may use this form for purchase order registrations, checks, and non-email credit card registrations.

Note: You will need to know the amount of your classes before you hit this link, i.e. one day early bird price is $125 etc. No class fees are on this linked page.

8. Refund Policy: All requests for refunds must be in writing. Requests must be received within 14 days of the seminar. Allow 14 additional days for reimbursement. NO requests for refunds will be accepted after March 15, 2003

9. Seminar Location: Orleans Hotel, 4500 W. Tropicana Avenue. Convention area located on mezzanine level.

10. Room Reservations: Contact the Orleans Hotel directly at 1-800-675-3267. Identify yourself as an EduCode attendee when making your room reservations to be able to receive the seminar rate of $42 per night from Monday thru Thursday and $75 per night from Friday thru Sunday. Room reservations made after March 7, 2003 will be accepted on a "space available" basis.

11. Special Needs: Conference facilities accommodate special needs for disabilities. Please inform us of any special needs when you register.
